At Julie Poast Yoga, you will experience an accessible, joy-infused yoga practice where every body feels supported and has a place.
In each session, you will be guided through alignment and offered poses and variations that respect where you are in your yoga journey. By connecting your breath to more intentional movement, I hope to create a space that empowers your body, calms your mind, and helps you breathe more fully.
I teach a wide variety of yoga styles, including Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, and Yoga for Joint and Bone Health. I am also certified as an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist.
