You are welcome here. 

At Julie Poast Yoga, you will experience an accessible, joy-infused yoga practice where every body feels supported and has a place.


In each sequence, you will be guided through correct alignment and offered poses and variations that respect where you are in your yoga journey. By focusing on connecting breath to more intentional movement, I hope to create a space that empowers your body, calms your mind, and helps you breathe more fully.

I teach a wide variety of yoga styles, including Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, and Yoga for Bone Health. I would love to practice with you - please reach out for more information or to schedule a session. Namaste.
